Genesys Industries Acquires Premier Manufacturer of Structural Aerospace & Cabin Precision Products.
Tulsa, OK / USWIRE / May 20, 2025 / Genesys Industries announced today that the company has acquired 100% of TC Machine & Manufacturing, Inc (TCMM) for cash at closing. Genesys expects the acquisition to be accretive to its earnings immediately upon closing.
Tulsa based TC Machine & Manufacturing, Inc (TCMM) was founded in 2018 by Jeff Copeland, Shelly Copeland, Stephanie Turney and Mark Turney and is a leading manufacturer of structural aerospace parts and inside the cabin precision plastic components and assemblies for the commercial aerospace sector. TCMM has an established product offering with capabilities in advanced manufacturing in soft, hard and exotic metals and plastics. With a product line leaning mainly towards commercial aircraft interior products, the company is a Tier II & III supplier to the majors and has extensive capabilities with PMA & DER program management. TCMM has an extensive PMA parts catalog and supports many of its customers in manufacturing such PMA parts. TCMM has manufactured countless parts for its customers’ repair capabilities such as Roller Assemblies, Cargo Rollers, Bearings, Knuckles, Stop Locks, Actuators, Guides, Shafts, Shroud, Bumpers, Hinge Plates, Retainers and many other components for commercial aviation and cargo loading systems.
The company’s products are currently installed and support numerous parts in programs for Boeing 737, 777, 787, Airbus A350, A380, Bombardier, Embraer, and many other legacy systems. All precision machining, fabrication, assembly, chemical processes, and quality testing is supported from the Tulsa facility.
